We know that EVERY family is unique and we will create a custom job description for you that conveys your family’s needs, values, unique characteristics, and dynamics. We'll gather this information from the interview and give you an opportunity to review it and provide feedback before we post it.​​

We will then post the job to a variety of platforms and connect with Nanny Force candidates.  

We'll then the applicant's information including; applications, cover letters, resumes, written references, degrees, certifications, proof of immunizations, driving records, and any other information an applicant would like to share.  This information is transparent, her client's see everything she sees. 

 We also provide a thorough and complete background check and driving record through Checkr. 

We conduct a social media and internet search for all applicants.

We have every applicant a questionnaire that is also  provided to the parents. 

We then meet with the applicants. 

3-5 reference checks are done and all of our clients view these.  

We also provide all of the information needed to create a an agreement and establish the terms of the relationship with your Nanny, including a Parent/Nanny contract and social media agreement.
